1. アプリについて
本アプリは、住まいの清掃・点検、防災用品の確認、契約・保証の更新などの予定と完了履歴を管理するためのアプリです。アカウント登録は不要です。利用する端末、OSおよび外部サービスの条件にも従ってご利用ください。
2. 点検・防災に関する注意
テンプレートや通知は予定管理の目安です。設備の安全性、故障防止、防災効果、契約の有効性を保証するものではなく、専門家による点検・助言の代わりにはなりません。メーカーの説明書、契約書、行政機関や専門家の案内を優先し、ご自身の状況に合わせて予定を設定してください。緊急の危険がある場合は適切な緊急窓口に連絡してください。
3. 通知とデータ
通知は端末内で処理されます。OSの設定、通知許可、電源や端末の状態によって通知が届かない、または遅れる場合があります。重要な期日は別の方法でも確認してください。予定・メモ・履歴は端末内に保存され、当社のサーバへ自動同期されません。削除、機種変更、端末故障に備えてバックアップ機能をご利用ください。復元は現在の予定・履歴を置き換えます。バックアップファイルの保管・共有先は利用者が選択してください。
4. 無料枠と広告
無料で15件まで有効なタスクを登録できます。任意のリワード広告を視聴すると5件ずつ登録枠を追加できます。広告の視聴は任意で、広告の供給や通信状況により利用できない場合があります。広告枠の追加状況は端末のアプリ設定に保存され、予定・履歴のJSONバックアップとは別です。TestFlight版ではテスト広告を表示します。将来料金体系を変更する場合は、適用前に必要な条件を案内します。
5. 権利と禁止事項
本アプリのプログラム、独自のデザイン、文章などの権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。第三者のソフトウェアや広告にはそれぞれのライセンス・利用条件が適用されます。利用者が入力した内容の権利は利用者または元の権利者に帰属します。他者の権利侵害、不正アクセス、法令に反する利用を禁止します。
6. iOS版のライセンス
App StoreまたはTestFlightから提供されるiOS版の使用許諾には、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。このページはアプリ固有の利用上の注意を補足するもので、Appleの標準EULAや適用法による権利を制限しません。
7. サービスの変更と責任
不具合の修正、OSへの対応、保守のため機能を更新し、必要に応じて提供を変更または終了する場合があります。重要な変更は本サイトなどで案内します。当社の責任は適用法に従って判断されます。本規約は、消費者保護法その他の強行法規による権利を排除したり、法令上免除できない責任を免除したりするものではありません。

1. About the app
The app helps organize home maintenance, emergency-supply checks, contract and warranty renewal dates, and completion history. No account is required. Use is also subject to the applicable conditions of your device, operating system, and external services.
2. Maintenance and safety
Templates and reminders are planning aids. They do not guarantee equipment safety, prevention of damage, emergency preparedness, or the validity of a contract, and do not replace professional inspections or advice. Follow manufacturer instructions, contract terms, official guidance, and qualified professionals. Adjust schedules to your circumstances. Contact the appropriate emergency services if there is immediate danger.
3. Notifications and data
Reminders are processed locally. Device settings, permission, power, or operating-system conditions may delay or prevent delivery. Independently check important deadlines. Tasks, notes, and history are stored on your device and are not automatically synchronized to our servers. Use the backup feature before changing devices or deleting the app. Restoring a backup replaces current tasks and history. Choose and protect your backup storage and sharing destinations.
4. Free allowance and advertising
You can keep up to 15 active tasks for free. Optional rewarded ads add 5 task slots per viewing. Ads may be unavailable because of supply or connection conditions. Additional slots are stored in the app settings on the device, separately from the task/history JSON backup. TestFlight builds use test ads. Any future changes to pricing will be explained before they take effect.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
The program, original designs, and original text belong to us or their respective rights holders. Third-party software and advertising remain subject to their applicable licenses and terms. Rights to information you enter remain with you or the original rights holder. Do not infringe others’ rights, gain unauthorized access, or use the app unlawfully.
6. iOS license
The iOS app provided through the App Store or TestFlight is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page supplements the app-specific usage information and does not restrict rights under the Standard EULA or applicable law.
7. Changes and responsibility
We may update features for maintenance, bug fixes, or operating-system compatibility, and may change or discontinue availability when necessary. Significant changes will be announced through this website or another appropriate channel. Responsibility is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
