利用規約
制定日：2026年11月3日。運営者：Wity Ltd（Choppli）。本規約は歩数計アプリとその公式サイトに適用します。
サービスと利用条件
本アプリは歩数の記録と日本を巡る架空の旅を楽しむためのものです。アカウント登録は不要です。広告を含み、任意の広告視聴で旅のボーナスを獲得できます。現金・換金可能なポイント・賞品の提供はなく、アプリ内課金もありません。
歩数と健康に関する注意
歩数・距離・消費カロリー・到達予想は目安です。本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療・健康状態の保証を目的としません。端末の対応状況、権限、OSの保持期間や実行制限によって欠測や誤差が生じます。iOSではCore Motionの直近の履歴をアプリ起動時などに取得します。非対応端末では手入力をご利用ください。無理のない範囲で歩き、道路交通上の安全を優先してください。
データとバックアップ
記録は端末内に保存されます。削除・機種変更・故障の前にCSVやJSONを書き出し、利用者の責任で管理してください。OSのバックアップや共有先には別の規約が適用されます。個人情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
権利と禁止事項
独自の文章・デザイン・イラストなどの権利は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。第三者のソフトウェア、地図データ、フォント等は各ライセンスに従い、広告は正式な広告SDKを通じて表示します。無断転載、権利侵害、不正操作、サービスの妨害を禁止します。
変更と責任
運営上必要な範囲で機能の変更・停止や規約の改定を行い、このページでお知らせします。法令上必要な同意等は別途取得します。運営者の責任は適用法令に従い、故意・重過失や消費者に認められる権利を免責・制限するものではありません。

Terms of use
Effective November 3, 2026. Operator: Wity Ltd (Choppli). These terms apply to the pedometer app and its official website.
Service
The app records steps and offers a virtual journey around Japan. No account is required. It contains ads, including optional rewarded videos for journey bonuses. It offers no cash, redeemable points, prizes or in-app purchases.
Activity estimates
Steps, distance, calories and arrival estimates are approximate. This is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of health. Device capabilities, permissions, OS retention and execution limits may cause missing or inaccurate records. On iOS, recent Core Motion history is retrieved when the app is opened or refreshed. Unsupported devices can use manual entry. Walk within your abilities and prioritize road safety.
Records and backups
Records are stored on your device. Export CSV or JSON before uninstalling, changing devices or possible data loss, and manage exported files responsibly. OS backups and sharing services have their own terms. See our privacy policy.
Rights and prohibited use
Original text, designs and illustrations belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Third-party software, map data and fonts are used under their licenses; ads are supplied through official advertising SDKs. Unauthorized copying, infringement, tampering and interference are prohibited.
Changes and liability
Features and terms may change as needed for operation, with notices on this page and any legally required consent obtained separately. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or restrict statutory consumer rights.
